Ryan Costello serves as a Senior Advisor to Boundary Stone Partners, leveraging his experience as a two-term member of Congress to advise clients on how to navigate the rapidly evolving energy and infrastructure landscape.
He is a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 companies and trade associations, helping formulate and address their public policy advocacy, political intelligence advisory, and strategic communications objectives. In Congress (2015-2019), he served on the Energy & Commerce Committee, Transportation & Infrastructure Committee, Veterans Affairs Committee, and on the House Republican Conference Whip team. Ryan’s legislative expertise and experience spans multiple sectors, including technology, healthcare, energy, real estate, transportation, and tax issues.
A graduate of Ursinus College and Villanova University School of Law, Ryan has been a visiting lecturer at American University since 2019. He maintains an active law license, having been in private practice from 2002-2014. Ryan was an elected municipal official and Chairman of the Chester County (PA) Board of Commissioners for a cumulative 12 years before serving in Congress. He often serves as a spokesperson for advocacy organizations, a public policy thought leader on Opinion pages, a featured speaker at industry trade conferences, and guest on major television and radio shows. Ryan has served on several publicly-traded corporate Board of Directors and private company advisory boards, and holds Directorship Certification from the National Association of Corporate Directors.
