Christine Fogt brings expertise in international project finance and experience in analyzing, structuring, and closing highly complex project, structured finance, and corporate transactions. During her tenure in the Structured and Project Finance Division at U.S. Export-Import Bank, she led cross-functional deal teams and multi-lender syndicates in multi-party negotiations covering $41 billion of large-scale infrastructure global projects across sectors, including power, extractions and commodities, oil & gas / LNG, renewables, and telecommunications. Most recently, Christine managed a $2.5 billion project finance portfolio of operating PV solar projects at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Loan Programs Office.
Prior to joining EXIM Bank, Christine undertook corporate workouts at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) and represented PBGC in high-profile Chapter 11 bankruptcies, recovering $ 2 billion in pension claims, and negotiated debt restructuring settlements for PBGC.
Christine holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in Business Management & Finance from the University of Maryland. She is bilingual in English and French.
