Dylan is an Associate at Boundary Stone Partners, where he works on the Advanced Manufacturing & Supply Chains team.
Before joining BSP, his experience spanned the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, with a strong focus on legislative affairs. He held fellowships with the Climate Action Campaign US and Monument Advocacy and completed internships with former Congressman Matt Cartwright (PA-08) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. He has also been involved with a youth-led organization focused on federal climate advocacy, as well as an organization engaged in rural advocacy efforts in Virginia. His work has centered on advancing federal climate, energy, and agricultural policy, with an emphasis on the implementation of the Inflation Reduction Act.
Dylan holds a Master of Public Policy with a concentration in environmental and climate policy from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental and Political Science from Elizabethtown College.
